Reviewing companies’ contracts and agreements to ensure their compliance with the Competition Law and representing companies and institutions before the committee to consider and adjudicate violations of the Competition Law and defend them in the following violations:
1) Agreements restricting competition, such as agreements to fix prices, share markets, or collusion in government bids and tenders.
2) Abusing a dominant position, such as selling at less than cost, linking the sale of a product or providing a service to the sale of another product, or refusing to deal.
3) Reviewing mergers that may result in economic concentration and submitting them to the Competition Protection Council and following them up.
